Located in the northeast of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, Zhenhai District is an important municipal district of Ningbo City, located in the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, with the East China Sea to the east and Hangzhou Bay to the north. Zhenhai has a long history, more than 1,200 years since the county was founded in the Tang Dynasty, and is one of the starting points of China's Maritime Silk Road, with rich cultural heritage and historical sites, such as Zhaobao Mountain and Zhenhaikou Sea Defense Site.
