Kangding, Sichuan, China: Hometown of Love Songs and Western Sichuan's Secret Land
Kangding, located in the eastern part of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, is an important historical and cultural city and tourist attraction in western Sichuan, known as the "hometown of love songs" and the "thoroughfare of Tibet and the West". This plateau city at an altitude of 2,560 meters, because of a "Kangding Love Song" world-famous, meandering folding river through the city, and running horse mountain, Muguo and other natural landscapes.
