Introduction to Jishou, Hunan, China
Located in the western part of Hunan Province, China, Jishou is the capital and political, economic and cultural center of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Located in the hinterland of the Wuling Mountains, it has a subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons and beautiful natural scenery. The city is characterized by the integration of multi-ethnic cultures, with deep cultural traditions of Tujia and Miao.

Jishou is the gateway to famous scenic spots such as Phoenix Ancient City and Dezhang Grand Canyon, and boasts landmark attractions such as Qianzhou Ancient City and Shuozhai Bridge.
