Located in the eastern part of Luoyang City, Henan Province, China, Chanshuihe Huiyuan District is a city district under the jurisdiction of Luoyang City. The district is named after the Chanshui River, a tributary of the Luo River, which was once one of the "Five Rivers" of Luoyang.
