Akse, Gansu, China: A Multi-ethnic Pearl on the Silk Road
Akse Kazakh Autonomous County is subordinate to Jiuquan City in Gansu Province, located at the intersection of Gansu, Qingdao and New Zealand, and is the only ethnic minority autonomous county in Gansu with Kazakhs as the main body. It is the only autonomous county in Gansu with the Kazakh minority as the main part of the county.
